We want to keep our ‘Thank you’ post up as long as possible, but we also wanted to take this time to formally announce that our Patreon has undergone a pretty major overhaul! We’ll have a lot more regular content updates there over the coming months -- some free, and others exclusive for our supporters.

If you like Folklore and want to help its ongoing development, be sure to swing on over to our Patreon page to check out what Colin and I are working on next!

    Kept you waiting, huh?

If you’re one of our long-time readers, we are so, so sorry for the delay. This launch has been a long time coming, and we’re so appreciative of Hiveworks -- both for welcoming us into this amazing network, and for helping us get our site online.

You’ll notice things are looking a little bare in the comments section! Unfortunately, we weren’t able to save our comments during this transition. We’ve also lost the blog history behind each post -- which is kind of a bummer! Don’t worry, from here onward we’ll go back to adding news posts with all of our weekly updates. Expect some cool art to pop up in the Gallery as well!

Before we fully step into this new chapter in our lives we wanted to thank a few incredibly special people:

First, our friend and supporter, Drew! You may know him as Xenogelion, if you’re a Warframe fan. Drew has been with us from the very beginning, and was the driving force behind our website for several years. Without his help we would have never grown to this point. We owe him so much, and if you’re not already following him on Twitter we highly recommend doing so here.

SpiderForest is an amazing community, and leaving them behind is bittersweet. Many of our relationships were grown through SpiderForest’s community, and their knowledgeable, supportive group of independent creators helped us better refine the quality of Folklore. This won’t be the last time we promote other creators, but for now we wanted to give the most heartfelt ‘thank you’ to everyone there. You can and should follow the SpiderForest webcomic collective over on Twitter!

And lastly, our fans! Thank you all for being a part of this exciting new chapter in our journey ahead. Your patience, understanding, and support is really what makes this all happen.

Now then, let’s get back to the monsters.

-Adam & Colin
